We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Therefore if you are unhappy with your order, we will work with you to resolve any issue you may have had and ensure you are ?% happy with your wall mural(s). ?

Note: that since all items are printed on-demand and to your specifications, univerwall Inc. does not offer refunds, exchange or returns on any of its products, except for: incorrect, damaged and defective items, with in 30 days of the date of receipt.

If you wish to return your incorrect, damaged or defective item for an exchange, please contact our customer service by calling 1.877.631.3299 ext#102 or by email at contact@univerwall.com for a return authorization. Items must be returned in unused and intact condition in the original shipping package.
